I am a 20 year old powerbuilder from NJ, I started my lifting journey freshman year of high school but was not fully committed until after a bad leg injury my sophomore year. As soon as I was back in the weight room I fell in love with lifting and started watching numerous YouTube videos on nutrition and how to train the right way. I have been coached by some of the best in the industry. Fast forward to present times I have achieved some crazy numbers in the gym!
I take pride in ensuring that my clients are properly trained, warmed up and eating the foods they should to see guaranteed progression. I’m currently planning on competing in powerlifting, with my training regimen, focus, determination and sheer will I’ll be able to overcome any obstacle thrown my way and I want the same for my clients.
